Designed to accommodate 189 students through a range of luxury properties, Willowbank Mews houses like minded student tenants, with security. With picnic style benches, quiet spaces, and communal lounges (11&12 beds only) our properties provide a good blend between social and work spaces. All of our properties here at Lettuce Lettings are owned by us, making us your direct point of call. Having us as your direct landlord ensures of clear communication, relationship building and problem solving with all of our student clients!
Being only a short walk to Coventry University campus, surrounded by amenities such as banks, restaurants, supermarkets and clubs, it makes Willowbank Mews the ideal location for students.
Properties
Students have the option of 12 bed houses, or stunning 11 bed en-suites for larger groups of friends, with the option for smaller living by having 5 two bed apartments and 1 four bed. The development ALSO has lovely two bed apartments available.
Development Features
On duty all year round are our G4S night managers who can assist with lock outs, fire alarms and general issues. All of our properties are covered by our in house maintenance team, giving you peace of mind that we are aware of any faults and issues with our properties, so you don’t have to rely on external tradesmen. CCTV systems across the development records in HD, allowing for situations to be monitored and dealt with if needed. To secure the property, a £100 fee is required to be paid. This covers guarantor checks, referencing, drafting of tenancy agreement, preparing inventories, inducting tenants and removing the property from our website.
