OLD SILK YARD
Our newest site, Old Silk Yard, has 4 beautiful houses! Two 3 bedroom en-suite properties and two studio flats, all fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes, desks and drawers. Located just off Lower Ford Street, Old Silk Yard is tucked away nicely from the main road. Each property has a newly fitted kitchen and living room, with new appliances and a flat screen TV. Furthermore, the new build properties all come with en-suite bedrooms.
NORTHFIELD ROAD
Northfield Road is an excellent location if you're looking for University of Coventry accommodation. The area is situated close to the city centre, making it ideal for students who wish to have easy access to shopping centres, restaurants, and other essential amenities. We own 4 private student properties on Northfield Road, ranging from 5-bedroom house shares to 6-bedroom en-suite fully furnished properties.
ST. GEORGE'S ROAD
Located in Lower Stoke, on St. George's Road you will be a short walk from Coventry University and local shops and pubs. We have 4 properties available at this location, all close to each other and all with bills included.

FAQ's
Do your properties include all bills?
Most of our properties are inclusive of all bills, including Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet, and Netflix. However, these are specific to each property, so please check the property listings online and if you’re still not sure, give us a call!
Can I reserve a property, and do I get my deposit back?
You can! A £100 holding deposit is required to be paid by all tenants to secure the property. This is then taken off your first rental payment, so you’re not losing out!
Is there parking available?
This is individual to each property, so please check to see whether the property listing has a parking icon.
Do your student properties have secure locks?
Our properties have very secure locks. The keys cannot be duplicated because they are 5 pin Euro locks and incredibly secure, so if you lose your key, the locks will need to be replaced. For this reason, we charge a replacement fee of £24 if your key is lost.
Do the properties come furnished?
Yes, all our properties come fully furnished, with most of our properties including appliances and TVs!
Can I have pets in my room?
Afraid not. Pets are not allowed in rooms under the terms of the tenancy agreement.
